Katie is an Executive Functioning & Performance Coach who loves helping kids, teens, and young adults better understand how they learn, what gets in their way, and what helps them thrive. With 18 years of experience working with young people and a Master of Education in School Counseling, she brings a warm, practical, and strengths-based approach to building skills in organization, time management, focus, planning, goal setting, routines, confidence, and follow-through. Katie’s goal is to help clients feel more capable and independent while creating realistic systems that actually fit their lives, whether they are navigating school, college, work, or the transition into adulthood. Outside of work, Katie enjoys running and walking, concerts and sporting events, and is a very proud Taylor Swift fan.

Sarita is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who helps keep AMW running smoothly, from scheduling and billing to client support, organization, and creative projects. She brings warmth, reliability, and a sharp eye for detail to everything she does, helping make the client experience feel seamless and welcoming. Outside of work, Sarita loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and never turns down Nerds Gummy Clusters.
